One of Life's Greatest Mysteries

All the recent snow and subzero temps in the Northeast got me thinking about a question that’s always bugged me. This one falls under the headings of How Do They Do It, Why Do They Do It, and WTF, Are They Nutzo? I’m talking about guys who go out in freezing temperatures, high winds, and blowing snow … in shorts.

I’m not kidding. I’ve seen grown men shoveling snow in pants that barely reach their knees, in temperatures that barely reach the 20s. That, at least, makes a bit of sense; shoveling requires a lot of effort, and you do get hot and sweaty, especially with those heavy coats on. But c’mon. There are men out there who are snowproofed up north and Crocodile Hunter down south. Knees and below is where all the snow is. Shouldn’t that end be protected?

I asked a guy I know about this. He has no explanation. I can only conclude it’s a trait carried on the Y chromosome.

I see some male hands raised in back and hear some male teeth gnashing. Yes, I know women wear short skirts and heels in cold weather. But we don’t do it outdoors. Women headed to work put on ski pants and boots for the journey in, then change in the ladies’ room. Plus nylon makes great insulation. I’m talking about men in shoes, socks and Bermudas in the middle of January, with nothing between their bare skin and the elements but body hair. Really, guys. Don’t your knees freeze?

I’ve yet to see a shorts-sandals-and-socks combo during the winter months, but I suppose it’s only a matter of time.

Possible theories: men have higher body temperatures and any snow that hits their skin just melts. Or these are the descendants of cavemen who weathered the Ice Ages, and ancestral memory is telling them, “Hell, this ain’t nothing. A bit of a cold snap. It’s been worse.” Or they’re Scottish, and kilts are frowned upon here in America. Could be a matter of pride—man against the elements. Or a matter of comfort; you can barely move when you’re bundled up, and the boys do need to breathe. The shorts I’ve seen are invariably loose and wide-legged, which lends credence to this explanation.

Or maybe it’s just a guy thing, and therefore far beyond my comprehension. Quite a few things men do are inconceivable to women. I’m sure we do a ton of things that leave you scratching your heads. But guys, we still look good with our legs covered up. You just look like you should be cold, which makes us unhappy. Really, you don’t have to go through this just for us.

I’m issuing a challenge to all men out there who stumble across this blog. I want an explanation. Give me one good reason why you think it’s okay to wear summer clothes in winter weather. And don’t try to tell me, “The wife didn’t do the laundry yet.” Are you saying you’d rather freeze your legs off than do a load of clothes?

Wait. You’re guys. Of course you would.

To give some credit to the male half of the population, I didn’t see any shorts on display this week, when temperatures in my part of Pennsylvania dipped into the minus digits. But then, I barely left the house over the last four days, and then I only went to the library because I don’t have home Internet yet. I didn’t visit McDonald’s or the WalMart, the most likely places to see men in shorts. If somebody’s going to wear socks with sandals, let alone shorts in a single-digit wind chill, it will be at the WalMart. I might have to check that out.

Even though I didn’t make resolutions, the self-promise to lose weight is kind of ongoing. I’m trying a new method this year—the Stray Cat Diet. Instead of buying junky stuff for myself, I spend that money on cat food. I haven’t seen any real results yet; last week’s weight loss was probably due to all the snow shoveling. Stray Kitty, on the other hand, has been packing on the pounds. Maybe the fat will insulate him from the cold. And how’s the new year treating you so far?

Materialism bows to Spirituality for many of us during this numerology year of SEVEN. As we soar toward greater love, toward the greater power within us ALL, the higher vibrationality of ASCENSION tsunamis over the planet.

On the AWAKENING front, while the GRAND AWAKENING of humanity wings ever higher, the process will not be smooth -- arriving in jerks, starts, and beautiful waves.

From a 2012 forecast, this will now firestorm across the world: "At this point in history, 'reality' is in a state of severe flux, and the clash of the Titans is here. It is truly Good versus Evil. Soon, many who are living in a cocoon they label 'reality', will be cast into the streets of 'truth'. They will either join the Grand Awakening of humanity, or most likely perish."

On the land changes front, ACCELERATION: land rising and falling... sinkholes become monsterously deeper and larger... earthquakes shake, rattle, and roll the planet with ever-deepening quakes... constant superstorms rage across the globe... more devastating floods are likely in the Spring and Summer months... volcanic activity only heightens, especially on the sea floor.

Meanwhile, the fireballs quicken, streaking across skies worldwide... there will be an increase in asteroid strikes... and strange anomalies will continue in the heavens... as well, the ongoing BOOM phenomena will likely reach a crescendo during Summer 2014.

Also, the Great Lion Star, the sun, is going through major changes. That is, expanding and contracting while subtly altering overall composition and, thus,  frequencies. This will assist Mother Earth in her cyclic changes, and activate certain of humankind's lost genetics. This 'activation' revolves around spiritual and psychic abilities/powers.

On the magickal, mystical front, this week the 'Mages of Ages Lost' whirl their lightblades, savagely battling a new foul enemy loosed by the allies of the Viper magicians. This thick dark shroud of menacing energy is meant to drive the people into depression, and cause massive suicides.

However, much of this dark-side, demonic attack will be mitigated. It is wise to lift your spirits, let love lead the way, and persevere toward your goals.

On the personal front, contentious energies will rule the day for the next several months. This can be used to your advantage. Simply be AWARE these cosmic directives are pouring down. That, it will take some discipline and spiritual growth to navigate and come through this period of time.

At this point in history, there will be no relief other than what the people bring to themselves with their innovations, their rugged individualism, and their like-minded communities. For, the dark-side controllers are bringing their final-tyranny endgame -- closing the sinister deal against humanity.

It is time for what trends analyst, Gerald Celenta, calls self-sufficiency economics.

Per usual, any 'appearance of economic help' by the establishment will only be more lies and deception -- a diabolical trap to capture the minds and souls of humankind. And keep us impoverished.

On the truth front, this is the year the TRUTH TELLERS, the whistleblowers, become a groundswell. Many of them will be telling their TRUTH because they are passing onto the other side, and they will bravely be revealing the TRUTH they have participated in, and seen up close.

Of course, this will rarely be reported by the state-run, presstitute media. Alternative news sites will be the snapping big dogs in the lead, scooping and running these whistleblower stories.

On the war front, as the people worldwide demand peace, the 'soulless nameless elite' orchestrate a series of 'false flag' horror events within their numerous war theaters -- especially on the African continent.

Further, North Korea will be used as a hammer to force more conflicts and/or instigate a world war.

The real news, however, is the escalating WAR ON GOODNESS... on anyone and on everything that is 'good'. From a prior forecast: "so it begins, the Machiavellian, Police-State attack on GOODNESS, on those of us who live and walk on the good side.

However, GOOD will not be denied, and a new OLD WEST mentality rises swiftly. All that was positive about the old-west culture comes roaring back life, including the gunslingers. Yippee-kai-yay!"

On the communication front, the communication between people will either degrade noticeably during the coming months, or there will be a new level of understanding that often goes beyond words-- depending on each individual you encounter.

For, mind-to-mind and heart-to-heart communication is being accelerated. In opposition, the dark-side controllers continue bombarding the population with their bio-warfare operations like fluoride in the water.

On the tyranny-at-work front, major moves are being made behind the scenes to put troops in place for a martial law crackdown -- likely across the country. *Currently* this is being planned for late Spring or early Summer by the dark-side powers that be.

The triggering justification *could be* blamed on the worsening economy and/or a financial meltdown. Or... the 'mystery flu' epidemic happening now. On the home front, embrace the good in others whenever possible. For love, the love of family, friends, your partner, is the bedrock of the Aquarian Age. The love of the human heart is our ultimate salvation. Both, universal love and deeply loving another.

However, as stated before, your love, like pearls, should not be cast before swine -- those who cannot respond, or those who give evil in return. For, that is a waste of the human soul, and disrespects those who truly deserve LOVE.

On the food front, now it begins, a slow but widespread grassroots operation to grow hemp and marijuana across the country. Do your part on the QT, if you are able.

On the energy front, stay prepared for possible power outages. The superstorms of life are all around us. Further, the dark-side enemy of humankind knows how to bring the grid down in sections, or entirely.

Know this: there are groups of people who have already come together, and others forming protective groups, to watch over those who have 'working energy devices' that would successfully replace the need for electrical power and oil energy. The key is distributing them to enough of the people that the tech cannot be stopped. Prayers and good thoughts are needed.

Things I Don't Need

Happy New Year! How’s it working for you so far? I’m ticked because I’m not thin yet. I thought everything was supposed to magically change at the stroke of midnight. Maybe I should let the year get a few more miles on it before I start bitching.

There are a lot of things I’d like to have, get or achieve in the upcoming year, and just as many or more things I can do without. Here are a few of the things I don’t need, in no particular order. How’s that for a segue?

Chia Pets—You know it’s the Christmas season for sure when you start hearing, not “Silent Night” or “Deck the Halls,” but “Ch-ch-ch-Chia” coming out of your TV set. What exactly is chia, anyway? A house plant? An herb? Fungus? In my opinion, it’s just one more thing on the coffee table I have to water and dust. I’m not that good with house plants. I’ll bet I could kill a Chia Pet if I really put my mind to it. I’ve seen ads for Chia herb gardens, which at least might have some usefulness. Herbs smell nice and you can use them in cooking. Then again, I have no sense of smell and I’m not much of a cook, so I’m right back where I started. Maybe I’ll try growing green beans or some other small vegetable in an indoor pot this year. Or mint for tea. I like to grow things I can eat.

That said, I once bought a Chia Pet, but not for myself. I bought Chia Obama the year it came out and sent it to my brother as a Christmas present. My brother is a conservative Republican. Hey. This is what siblings are for.

Electric can openers—I’m sure they’re easy to use, but I never bothered to get one. I have an ancient manual can opener from back in the Iron Age, the kind you have to pound into the lid with the heel of your hand and risk impaling yourself on when it slips. Luckily for me, more and more cans these days come with pull tabs, so can openers in general aren’t vital to existence any more.

Why didn’t I ever go electric? Didn’t want to spend the money, I guess. The old manual version’s a pain in the hand sometimes, but it gets the job done. Plus if the electricity goes off, I can still get into that can of tuna I keep in the cupboard for emergencies. I also buy cereals that can be eaten dry, in case an ice storm strands me in the house and I run out of milk (which nearly happened one year). Always plan ahead.

Ditto for electric toothbrushes. They’re supposed to do a more thorough job of cleaning, but again, I can’t be bothered. Anyway, having electrical appliances so close to a sink doesn’t strike me as a bright idea. I prefer Oral B with the kid-sized head because it fits my mouth better. I don’t floss even though I know I should. Possible resolution?

Over half the channels on my cable TV system—pretty much everybody I talk to makes this same complaint. Out of 80 channels, I’d say I watch maybe five or six on a regular basis, and five or so others if a good movie’s on. The rest I just scroll past. Who needs the Golf Channel, anyway? Or QVC or any of the shopping channels, which specialize in trying to sell us all sorts of things we don’t need. It would be so much easier, and cheaper, if we could pick and choose the channels we want, but the cable companies say they can’t offer that, for whatever reason. I’m wondering if I ought to drop cable and subscribe to Netflix, where I can watch the shows and movies I want whenever I feel like it, for a fraction of the cost of cable. If enough people did that, I’ll bet cable would start offering channels a la cart. Hey, everybody! I’ve got a plan …

I definitely don’t need yet another reality TV show that focuses on rich, attractive women shrieking, throwing temper tantrums, and in general behaving like a bunch of two-year-olds. These shows focus on the worst, most demeaning stereotypes of female behavior and serve it up as entertainment. Watch the billionaire businesswoman in the designer dress and gold jewelry bitch-slap her bestie and screech at her husband. See? We the unwashed masses are so much better people than the rich and pretty. One of these days the ladies are going to go from catfight to brawl and somebody’s going to pull a gun out of her Gucci clutch purse, probably on the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" show. Bet that’d bring in the ratings!

I probably hate these shows so much because I used to work in offices. Same shit, different economic level. Nasty co-workers are why I’m in no rush to look for employment, and don’t plan to until I absolutely have to. My best job ever was a work-from-home typing job. No co-workers, no bosses, no office politics, just me and the stereo and my flying fingers and a paycheck that put groceries on the table. At least it did until it went to India. I didn’t need NAFTA either, but there wasn’t anything I could do about it.

What I do need for 2014 is gas and grocery money, so with a lot of luck and a lot more effort I’ll be putting out more and I hope better books and trying to convince you good people that you need to read them. Please? I’ll send you a Chia Pet.

For now, a massive groundswell against Authority firestorms across the globe. The people have become sickened by the endless and always escalating corruption, deception, and sidewinder-devious lies.

The promise of 2014 is here. For, the rising revolution-evolution begun this past year deepens. From a prior forecast: "the global revolution-evolution is here and happening at lightning speed. For, true liberation from tyranny seizes the hearts and minds of the people."

On the land changes front, the year 2014 will likely bring more super-weather extremes, worldwide -- with the northern hemisphere more affected. Cold temperatures and snowstorms increase significantly for some areas on the planet, but not for all.

The rising of new land, new islands continues. Mother Earth is still stretching, growing in size, and the inner core is changing composition. This natural-cycle growth causes ongoing tectonic plate movements, greater undersea volcanic activity, and rolling swarms of earthquakes.

Likely there will be two major tsunamis during the year, and several ferocious *over-the-water* superstorms that hit land, leaving devastation. As well, with the arrival of celestial bodies that are being hidden from the public, there will be strange-sky events, bigger weather weirding, and more 'boom' phenomena.

On the magickal, mystical front, this week the 'Mages of Ages Lost' use their magick-casting powers to reveal the sinister authors of poverty, of enslavement -- of serfdom in the dark ages. For, this has all been an artificial, social 'construct' put into place by the Dark Viper magicians -- and *not* a true and natural evolutionary cycle of humanity, as history suggests.

Further, look for the rapid escalation of magickal and mystical principles in the population at large. For, many are tuning into these Aquarian Age, high-frequncy vibes.

On the personal front, good and not-good surprises coming out of left field could be the order of the day for this week, and into next. Ride out these stormy tides in your life, and try to keep your balance while moving ahead. For, there 'will be' silver linings that may not show up for several weeks.

Also, it remains of vital importance to plan for the superstorms of life. As never before.

On the paranormal front, the case for life after death comes to the forefront in the year, 2014. New evidence from many fronts will now overcome the dark-side matrix. That is, 'those' who would convince humanity they are mere mortal flesh, instead of eternal spirit beings. It's all over but the shouting.

This coming week, likely more major UFO stories will break. Some of this will be a *version* of Project Blue Beam. From a previous 2013 forecast: "On the dark side, Project Blue Beam is being brought forth by the 'new world order crowd' at an accelerated pace. This, in preparation to frighten humanity into compliance, and obedience. From a past forecast: "The message: the alien gods are here. Bow down, people of Earth."

On the AWAKENING front, several Aquarian Age AWAKENINGS clash and collide, then collude during the year, 2014. One of the mass movements will be for a libertarian type of monetary system.

Another AWAKENING will be in the spiritual realm as many seek direct contact with the Divine, rather than following establishment religions. Dogma dies a huge death in 2014.

On the economic front, as more of the people *don't comply* with the dark-side system, and *don't buy* from the big-boy corps... as local economies spring up, and innovation goes great guns within the developing under-market... PUSH will come to SHOVE.

Meanwhile, the stock markets will be used to bully the people into compliance. Do this or we 'bankster gangsters' will crash the market. That will be the pervasive message for the first half of 2014.

This week look for a big-time *whisteblowing* event that further exposes the Super Robber Baron class. For, more of the masks are being ripped away -- the villains revealed for the anti-human, ugly beasts they are at their cores.

Cyber warfare continues in the banking system. Also, the whole Target-hacking event is really about TARGETING YOU. That is, by eventually justifying, then forcing a cashless society on the people. This will fail.

On the truth front, a major week ahead for TRUTHS REVEALED. This will be in your personal life, and on the world stage. The deep dark waters of hidden truths are being vigorously stirred by the Great Cosmic Force for the purpose of freeing humanity, and thus, freeing Mother Earth from the terror-hold of the Viper elite.

A note of caution: in these times it is wise to know when to acknowledge or tell a truth about yourself. Because it will not always be the wise move.

On the war front, with their strategies for a major world war failing, the dark-side 'powers that be' will pull out all the horrific stops. They plan to keep the chaos piling on top of itself in the various war theaters around the globe.

However, during the year, 2014, the demand for PEACE rises as a spiritual force, and will not be denied.

In the meantime, likely 'false flag' events will be inflicted on the population. Thus, to force us toward constant, war-horrific conflicts. Thus, to keep the people divided and conquered.

On the communication front, cyber censorship becomes front and center during 2014. For, communication by internet has become one huge element of the Aquarian Conspiracy -- that is, the conspiracy of the Mind -- the Divine Minds of us All joining to create the future we all want and desire.

Obviously, this internet 'joining of minds' endangers the psychopathic Viper elite, their control over humanity. For, the *world wide web* was supposed to be their exclusive tool to transfix the masses, to keep control.

On the tyranny-at-work front, 2014 ~ rebellion is coming against the cancerous spread of the TSA. How? When? The flashpoint has not yet been determined.

However, if certain dark-side factions back off, this could be averted. Somewhat, that is. However, in the end, the people will not back down.

On the home front, change, and more enormous changes sweep across the country. During the year, 2014, some of the major cities will empty out, losing their populations in several waves. One factor will be the threat of martial law.

Further, the ever down-sliding economy will also take its toll. As well, the outbreak of disease epidemics drive people to search for more isolated areas.

On the food front, it remains crucial to stock up on good food and water. This coming year, large groups of the people will grow gardens and raise livestock in defiance of government rules, regs, codes, statutes, etc.

On the energy front, 2014 ~ power outages will be diabolically used against the people, and any ole excuse will do. However, human inventiveness will begin to triumph in significant ways.

On the global mafia cabal front, good news versus bad news. With every Machiavellian trick in the book, the psychopathic elite squeeze the life out of the people like a starving, gigantic anaconda. Worldwide corporatism is their favored method.

Flirting with Disaster?

Happy after the holidays! How was your Christmas? Here in my part of Pennsylvania, we didn't get a white Christmas. We had three snowstorms in a week, then the weekend before Christmas the temperature shot up into the 50s and 60s, with rain. By Christmas Eve there wasn't a spec of snow on the ground. Then this morning a squall came through and dumped two inches on everything. Go figure.

Anyway, looks like I’ll be going into the new year with a lot of baggage from the old year, in this case paranoia and second-guessing myself. To wit:

My current WIP is an expansion of “Double Dipping,” posted here on 10/9/13, and on Shapeshifter Seductions as “Adopt a Pet” (10/7/13). A spoiled, rich, beautiful woman buys a pair of slaves to alleviate her boredom. Hijinks ensue, including threeways and kidnappings. All this from a Supernatural publicity photo of Jared Padalecki in a cage. I take my inspiration where I can get it.

In the course of writing, the physical descriptions of the characters changed considerably from their original form. Jensen’s character is shorter and more compactly built than his inspiration, with long silver-white hair and gray eyes. Jared’s character is still tall with long brown hair, but now he’s got brown eyes and brown skin. Surprised me too, but it seemed to fit.

Let’s review: I’m writing a story in which a rich white woman goes to a slave market and buys a virile, brown-skinned man as a sex toy.

Yes, you read that right.

I want to be clear here. The story takes place on an alien planet in a galaxy far, far away. The man is not African, because there’s no Africa on this world. He’s not even from Earth. He’s a shapeshifter, but doesn’t turn into a big cat or any other African-style animal. His people evolved in a desert environment; the closest Earth analogy to his ethnic type would probably be Arab. Great, now I’ll have the Muslims after me.

To sum up, he’s not black and not intended to be black. He’s an alien shapeshifter with brown skin. That doesn’t change the fact he’s bought as a slave by a woman described as white-skinned and blonde. She buys his buddy too, who’s an obvious white guy, and frees both of them well before the end of the book, but I don’t think that’s going to help. Somebody somewhere is going to read “brown” and “slave” and slam me for being a racist. If that somebody’s an editor, my book is dead in the water.

Am I being oversensitive and paranoid? Maybe. However, the current Duck Dynasty flap goes to show that anything that steps off the PC trail is going to cause a ruckus. I once subbed a book that had a European character refer to Native Americans as “red Indians.” I was asked to change it because it might be perceived as racist. No big; I changed the dialogue to “cowboys and Gila monsters.” The reptilian community was not upset, as far as I can tell. The same book had the shapeshifter characters refer to non-shifter humans as “monkeys,” “apes,” “simians,” “primates,” and even less friendly terms. I had a mobster with an Italian name, but he was a werewolf so I guess he got a pass. Aspersions were cast upon the French. The book was popular and got great reviews. Apparently racism only exists if you think you see it.

A friend of mine once tried to market a post-apocalyptic novel set in Central/South America. The bad guys were the male ruling cabal, who behaved the way jerky males in power have since the beginning of time. She was told her male characters were Hispanic stereotypes because they acted “too macho.” If she’d set the book in Wisconsin and given the men Anglo names and not changed anything else, I’ll bet their behavior would have been a non-issue. Wonder what would have happened if she’d subbed the book under a Spanish pen name?

So what do you do? If you’re a Caucasian writer, are you only allowed to write about white characters? If you’re straight, can you never write a LGBT character? Then people claim there’s not enough diversity, that everybody in books is straight and white. Gee, can’t imagine why it turned out that way. What happened to writing characters who are individual people, as opposed to being forced to represent whatever race/ethnicity/gender/religion they happen to be?

There may be a way out of this. When I get to the rewrite, I think I’ll have my FMC compare his skin color to the brown hides of the deer she has running loose on her estate. This’ll fit in nicely with the big reveal about his animal form. It’ll also get readers thinking more about Bambi and less about Kunta Kinte. Or maybe I’ll just go back to my other WIP, the one with the dragon shifter who’s half Chinese. It’s necessary to the plot, folks. It’s also M/M. Sorry if you’re easily offended. You’ll just have to deal.

On the cosmic-energy wings of Winter Solstice and Christmas, the age of deep-heart love begins. Be prepared for this time of great transitioning. However, even with these grand LOVE VIBES, the upcoming times will not be easy for most of us.

Already, the dark-side Vipers feel the waning of their malevolent power. Now, these beast controllers in human skin go insanely berserk. Their goal is to crush all that is LOVE and LOVING. Their goal is to master the people, to stomp down the human spirit.

On the magickal, mystical front, this week the 'Mages of Ages Lost' cast their  white, cyclone-spinning spells. Thus, to remove shrouds of sinister darkness, and reveal deception after deception. After evil deception.

That is the battle game now between the forces of GOOD and the forces of evil. That is, the revelations of what has been diabolically done against humanity for ages.

With this knowledge, humankind must decide to either stand for Good and liberation, or succumb to fear and, thus, the enslavement of the human race.

On the personal front, the following week is about family and/or coming together as a family. Wisdom will likely be needed to negotiate some of the trickier waters, but persevere because it could turn out to be a very good thing.

Also, this is a period for a bit of serious reflection. Take a look at the path you're on in your life. What would you change? What would you keep?

The Age of the Rebels, Renegades, and Mavericks... is here. This Age has been rising. Now it will accelerate, then skyrocket out of control of the system. The AWAKENING REVOLUTION has begun full force. It cannot be stopped. Every criminal and evil obstacle will be placed in the way, and used against the people. Be aware, prepare, and take care.

On the paranormal front, this holiday season is about rediscovering the supernatural past of humanity. New histories/herstories will arise with fantastical and frightening tales, all based on the truth.

This knowledge will eventually revolutionize the relationship to everything called paranormal. For, the world is far, far more than most realize.

On the economic front, as the financial realm continues its slow-motion *I'm a dead dinosaur* crash, it will be a dismal outlook for those who rely on the establishment. Relief comes through returning to the land and the small-town communities.

Surviving and thriving will be about participating in a local trade/barter system, a local currency. Cottage industries based on olden crafts such as weaving will spring up. That, alongside tech-advanced small businesses, many of which will likely use 3-D printing.

As always, keep an eagle's eye on the banks, and the big banking system, to protect whatever monies you have. The bankster gangsters are coming for whatever you have left.

On the truth front, as many more WAKE UP to the real TRUTH of how the world has worked for centuries, their fiercer natures will prevail against the demonic tides of darkness that now cover the planet.

TRUTH, all manner of 'truths', shine ever more brightly, especially for those willing to see, learn, and know. During the coming year, 2014, spiritual TRUTHS will also dominate humankind's awareness.

This will look like a 'breakaway' from all that is dogma, and will be muliti-varied in expression. It is the cornerstone of the coming Aquarian Age renaissance.

On the war front, now, desertion from the military goes into high gear all over the world. Sadly, the suicide rate of military personnel will continue to rise dramatically.

This will prove to be a gamechanger in the long run, sharply declining the conflicts in major war theaters across the globe. As well, the year 2014 will bring an ultimatum from the people. No more war.

However, the dark-side cabal controllers will increase their diabolical devastation worldwide with ever more war fronts. For now, comes the Sky-Net rise of robotic warfare.

In opposition, the Benevolents will utilize their own advanced sci-fi tech to mitigate this all-out attack on humanity. Look for strange, laser-like lights in the sky.

On the tyranny-at-work front, so it begins, the Machiavellian, Police-State attack on GOODNESS, on those of us who live and walk on the good side.

However, GOOD will not be denied, and a new OLD WEST mentality rises swiftly. All that was positive about the old-west culture comes roaring back life, including the gunslingers. Yippee-kai-yay!

On the communication front, a wacky picture will evolve during the next month. This will be due to cyber hackers on the good side and those on the bad side. They battle it out for supremacy.

To assist the good hacker army, those with the know-how and ability, it is time to create independent networks that are easily accessible to the AWAKE and AWARE public.

On the home front, so-called *mysterious diseases* will begin to spread like wildfire. Currently, the cause of these killer diseases is not being identified by the CDC.

To protect yourself, and your loved ones, learn about alternative health methods. There are anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-virus, and anti-microplasm supplements available. Also, boosting your immune system with quality organic food and supplements is absolutely key.

On the food front, sadly, record amounts of radiation from Fukushima is about to hit the western shoreline. At this point in time, do everything you can to purchase good local food products.

Further, these type of plagues will only get worse. HEADLINE: Scientists ‘incredibly concerned’ for fate of banana as plagues and fungus infections spread across world’s supplies

Remember, STOCK UP as you are able.

On the land changes front, within the next four weeks, there *could* be a threat to the southern area of the New Madrid fault. However, *if* the fault is triggered, the Benevolent Forces will intervene and mitigate most of the worst affects.

Also, everything from the previous forecast continues and heightens significantly during the next three months ... "the tectonic plates become more active, and great portions of land move ever faster -- then begin ripping apart. Within the next several months, this is likely to be felt in southern California, and along the southeast coastline."

From a prior forecast: "look for more earthquake swarms and odd fireballs streaking across the skies of Earth. As well, the high-strangeness BOOMS have been ramping up once again, and will increase during the next several months.

Currently, given the large number of active volcanoes, and the escalating vulcanism across the globe, weather patterns will keep being altered significantly. This means more superstorms.

Meanwhile, the energies of the sun, The Great Lion Star, are being siphoned off by several celestial bodies. This will cause a temporary period of colder temperatures on Earth."

On the energy front, the underground growth of energy devices to power homes, etc., is only getting larger, but remains very localized. Also, energy devices for helping the human body heal and remain healthy, will explode onto the scene in quantity and quality.

Of course, the dark-side establishment will destroy whoever they can catch. Health, keeping the population in ill health, is big business for the Medical Industrial Complex. And you are always in their target cross-hairs.

On the really bad news front, the equipment, and the troops to institute martial law is being placed in strategic positions -- here, and around the world. Big cities and large population centers are the main targets at this point.

Eye-of-Sauron surveillance grows by leaps and bounds as the dark-side 'powers that be' make their final moves to decimate and rule the people. However, the 'rebel-alliance' forces begin having many more victories.

On the good news front, the ability to love one another , to be heart-centered grows, and continues to tsunami worldwide. This will not be a meek *lay down your weapons* love, for the most part. This will be a ferocious *take care of others* LOVE -- that will also be universal in nature.

On the global mafia cabal front, splinter groups are forming within the juggernaut that is the psychopathic Viper cabal. Or evil is eating its own.

Backlash after backlash is causing this dissent and fractionalization. As well, there are 'some' in this anti-human cabal who don't want the wholesale destruction of Mother Earth that is now occurring.

On the freedom front, 2014 ~The Great Turning Away From the System ~ now droves of Americans turn their back on the establishment, and look for ways to improve and responsibly govern their own lives.

From a prior forecast: "As the year, 2013, comes to a furious and chaotic close, now looms the *year of the true renegade* -- those who will stop at nothing to win their independence from the establishment."

As well, remember this battle cry, from a previous forecast: "...at this time, embracing freedom becomes ever more popular. And, as stated before: the rattlesnake of liberty coils and rises with the warning: DON'T TREAD ON ME!"

Trendwise, the crash-smash of the dark-side power brokers is happening. When their influence-control over humankind looks the darkest, the light breaks forth. For now, the people begin reclaiming their true power.

Also, at this point in history, it's a BOOK BURNING world. This means CYBER BOOK BURNING ~ HEADLINE-SNIPPET: "Google reveals sharp  rise in requests for removal of political content ~ The Guardian | United States asked search giant to remove almost 4,000 items."

Remember whatever books/articles that live in the cyber cloud, and not in print -- not on the peoples' shelves -- disappearing them as if they never existed is easy peasy.

This holiday season embrace joy as you find it, and give joy whenever you can. For, that is the loving spiritual currency of these times.

The deep timbre of his voice blanketed her like velvet, yet did little to warm Kaily. Frightened, so much more than she bargained for, Kaily could only hear her drumming heartbeat.

As if he willed it...or, as if she'd just received her Christmas miracle, Kaily's eyes opened of their own volition.

Dylan leaned – not casually – against the archway's frame.

His arms were folded like some arrogant king who observed her from afar. It struck her odd in the next instant that he actually expected a real answer to his question...judging by his expression.

Where it came from Kaily would never know...but in the following moment she heard herself croon, ''Santa baby, waitin' just for you.

Something flashed in his eyes, white-hot, powerful as a lightning strike. Kaily completely stilled. She watched him as if he were a hunter, and she was the rabbit in his sights.
