To repeat from the week before... I've had a love affair with the idea of Atlantis ever since learning about the antediluvian land as a young teenager. However, what really intrigued me as well was... what if Atlantis rose once again? Thus, my futuristic suspense, and the erotic love story between Sheriff Kalypso and her hero, Agent Zryphus, was born.

This week, the battle of the sexes continues from where we left off last week.

Pausing, she inhaled deeply, just to make certain. "It's Chanel #5. A popular perfume during that era. Personally I never liked it." Wishing she could jab her knuckles into his throat, a shot that would knock him off his big fat feet, she snapped, "Of course, I don't believe it. Men usually lie. Why would you be an exception to that rule?"

"What was your favorite perfume during that era?"

He'd spoken as if they politely conversed. Figuring she'd be rid of the monstrously framed irritant soon, she answered, "Emeraude it was called. Don't like perfumes now. Too synthetic still. Even with the revolution toward eco life styles. Look at all this replica stuff. Electric hair curlers, ancient hair dryer for heaven's sake. I wonder if she was trying to live the way she remembered her mother or grandmother? She showed up about half my age on the bio data. Do you know her birth date?"

"April 26, 2000. Five life path."

"Yeah. Lookin' for adventure. Never the bored girl. But she needed roots somewhere, if she was planning on keeping her daughter."

"Your town, Gardenia, and even your settlement area here on New Atlantis, remains isolated. Was it a new life or was she running from something?"

"If she was running, she should have kept on going. Maybe she could have outrun the Hair Spray Killer. The Hair Spray Killer, male or female, or both sets of genes, do you know?"

Universal Problems

If you’ve ever read comic books, or been part of a fandom, or been a writer or reader of a shared world anthology, you know how much fun a universe shared by several writers can be. You get to swap characters, make outrageous team-ups and pair-ups and hookups, and enjoy another writer’s take on your brainchildren. Remember all those Marvel movies that culminated in The Avengers? There’s a shared universe done right.

And then sometimes you hit potholes.

Over on my other blog, Shapeshifter Seductions (www.shapeshifterseductions.blogspot.com), my serial story is moving into the home stretch. The hero is racing to the rescue of his damsel in distress, who’s an unwilling passenger on the back of a mutated mammoth bent on major destruction. The hero’s way out of his league here, but he’s determined to stop the monster before it goes Godzilla on the town of Talbot’s Peak.

Here’s where the problems kick in. Talbot’s Peak is a shared universe, collectively created by four other writers and me. Over the years we’ve come up with all sorts of characters, some paranormal, some human, some alien. We’ve got dragons and interstellar superwolves and kickass women from other dimensions with weapons that could take out the Terminator. You think they’re going to sit on their hands while Talbot’s Peak is threatened?

Well, yeah. They’re going to have to, because this isn’t their story.

This happens all the time in comic books. It’s been established for years that pretty much every superhero in the Marvel universe hangs out in or around New York City. So when Ultron drops by and starts leveling Manhattan, why is Spider-Man going against him all by himself? Where’s the Fantastic Four? The Avengers? Is Thor on a coffee break or what?

Over in the DC universe, the Thanagarians are invading Earth again, and only the Flash can stop them. What, just him? Can’t he call his buddies in the Justice League? Or send an SOS to the Green Lantern Corps? They were supposed to be watching the Thanagarians in the first place. This is their problem. The least they could do is lend a hand.

The usual explanation is that every other hero in the city is “unavailable,” or off on a mission or something. The real reason is that the name of the book is The Amazing Spider-Man, not The Amazing Spider-Man Gets His Ass Hauled Out of the Fire by a Guest Star. In spite of the dozens of heroes, mutants and gods on hand, Spidey’s got to face the menace by himself. That’s the way the story has to go.

Ditto for the Flash. Sure, he can go whining to Superman, if he wants to look like an ineffectual wuss in his own book. No point in calling Batman; he always has his phone turned off. It’s okay if he calls Hawkman, because Hawkman’s a Thanagarian and would know how to fight them. But in the end the Flash has to defeat them on his own, because it’s his name on the cover.

And what about Harry Potter? He went to Hogwarts for seven years and faced death practically on a daily basis. Where were the teachers? That school was crawling with fully-trained adult magicians. Why wasn’t Dumbledore dealing with Voldemort? Why leave the fate of the world to a trio of underaged kids? And you thought your school district had lax anti-bullying policies.

One look at the title answers all these concerns. It’s not Dumbledore and the Prisoner of Azkaban, after all. Whoever’s name is on the front of the book is the one who has to deal with the problems. That’s why they’re the hero, after all. Even in a shared universe.

And that’s why (no offense to the gods and demigods and dragons and aliens and whatnot living in Talbot’s Peak and created by my fellow writers) it’s Ewan the coyote shifter who’s going to have to deal with the giant mammoth and save the town and rescue the girl. It may end up being a group effort, but in the end he’s the one doing the heavy lifting. It’s his story. He needs to be the hero. If you’ve read the entire Hunger Games trilogy and not just the first book, you know exactly where I’m coming from.

Don’t worry. Ewan's got a few tricks up his sleeve. And sometimes pantsers can haul themselves out of their comfort zone and plot something. It’ll all work out. I’m on top of this. Trust me, I’m a writer.

And please don’t shoot me emails wondering, “But you’ve got a freakin’ dragon there! Why couldn’t the dragon snatch the girl off the mammoth’s back and save the day?” Welllll … the dragon wasn’t available. He was on a mission. He was out in space with Superman or something. Just willingly suspend your disbelief and go with it. Nobody ever said a shared universe had to be a perfect universe.

The Superstorm Winds of Change Are Upon Us ... the transition into the Aquarian Age becomes ever more intense.

From a previous forecast: "That is, the 'rule of law' cannot and will not be re-established. It is gone with the superstorm winds of these times.

The coming times are about 'being your own boss' while 'working alongside' each other for the GOOD of All." 

On the AWAKENING front, a paradigm shattering week ahead for many  as they AWAKEN and arrive at new, ah-ha 'realizations'. What seemed like the wildest sci fi and/or dystopian scenarios to them will now become all too believable. Because it unfolds before their very eyes.

At this point in the timeline, old belief systems shatter like plate glass windows attacked by raging, non-stop tornados. Mentally, many will now be severely challenged by their AWAKENINGS. Offer a helping hand, a listening ear whenever you are able.

On the magickal, mystical front, this week the 'Mages of Ages Lost' roam far and wide seeking ALL those who are ready to elevate and escalate their magickal powers. For, the time has come.

Now humankind must step up into their supernatural powers. We must mightily swing our lightblades of 'truth', our emerging super awareness. Out of this, the enshrouding darkness cast by the Viper magicians, is dispelled. And ultimately defeated.

On the personal front, contentious, rambunctious, acting up and acting out... this week could be interesting from that standpoint. This will be due to the massive influx of new cosmic energies, plus the super rapid changes occurring all around us.

However, on the opposite end, passivity or resignation could set in for some. To stay on a more even keel, look to the immediate and mundane -- the stuff that must get done everyday. This one step at a time will get you through and on to better and bigger things.

This is also a week where financial concerns 'could' develop from several different directions, including a bank failure. Think your way through the situation, then take quick action.

On the paranormal front, the demonic side of the supernatural realm is being shoved in our faces at this point in time -- through both big-media entertainment and the usual paranormal information venues. Beware of this dark-side push to place humanity in a deeper state of fear. As a countermeasure, laugh at whatever strikes your funny bone.

As well, the UFO phenomena continues to go into hyperdrive. Keep an eye out for your own sightings this week. Further, that tricky topic: UFO disclosure, is being unofficially 'leaked out' by the Media Industrial Complex.  For, this is a multi-pronged attack on the human psyche, and preparation for the arrival of the so-called 'alien gods'.

On the land changes front, the monstrous, collapsing sinkhole in Louisiana worsens significantly, and 'could' cause even more emergency evacuations. As well, a major destructive tsunami 'could' happen with the next three months. In the meantime, the bigger, badder earthquakes continue worldwide.

This week... HEADLINE: CALIFORNIA UNDERGOING MASSIVE SWARMS OF EARTHQUAKES -

From a prior forecast: "supercharged weather and land-change events, some catastrophic, are in the near future. For, the Earth is energetically accelerating toward reinventing herself.

Also, the Sun, the Great Lion Star, is altering the solar system. The cosmic time is here. Prepare for massive changes on the planet down the road."

On the economic front, now the petrodollar circles the proverbial drain, going down, down, down. For, other nations have had more than enough of the oil-cartel empire.

Prepare, and build up your local economy.

While the 'hardcore financial jackals' plunder the bones of the people, the new world order criminals dangle the carrot of a cashless society. However, behind their slimy demonic backs, these black-soul elite hold big spiked clubs at the ready, preparing to beat the public into submission.

One method used, will be by 'false flag' cyber attacks, as stated before. However, WHITE HAT hackers are continuing to battle back, simply to keep the internet free and open. To keep the cyber transactions flowing without interruption from the dark-side controllers.

This week, look for a huge boom-shake-boom event that will signal the coming economic future.  Pay attention and take heed. Now is the time to go tribal -- if you haven't -- with those who care and have your back.

On the truth front, TRUTH explodes worldwide -- every level of truth, from the most personal to the 'truths' that will now be revealed on the global stage -- to the 'truths' of spiritual sides. Like Thor's hammer, now REALITY pounds down on humanity. With no relief.

For, the ultimate decision must be made each and every day. Stand on TRUTH. Or fall to endless mind control, and thus, to the dark-side's zombie army of minions being deployed against the people.

Or... it's time to WAKE UP and escape the killing blazes of tyranny, or let yourself burn in the house fire you've denied is happening.

On the war front, the conquest of the Middle East by the various factions of the Viper cabal has stalled, despite the bloodletting, in-the-news violence. For, nothing is going according to their ultimate diabolical plan.

However, there is a terrible 'unraveling' of the cultures, and this cascades into more open war in some areas. Whereas, in other areas there will be a coalescing of peoples into workable communities. This long-term future comes about as certain groups defy installed leaders, and embrace a greater spirituality.

The Ukraine flashpoint: the Bear watches and waits for the honeypot. Meanwhile, the people fight off the Nazi dictator that has been forced upon them. This will not be pretty or quick, but will be successful in the end.

On the tyranny-at-work front, the dark-side oligarchs make their move. That is, as more of the people become destitute and desperate... as the streets turn meaner, more frightening... the excuse to institute hard martial law -- especially in the large cities -- and bring in more U.N. troops justified as humane aid... will be declared to be necessary. That is, to keep law and order.
Many will accept this total state of tyrannical oppression because they know no better. However, the true renegades among us will not. Now, as the jackboots stomp on the people, freedom rises unbridled. And becomes unstoppable.

Also, as covert and overt internet censorship crushes the freedom to know and learn the truth -- and to be wild-at-heart creative -- this will fuel the underground trade in knowledge, and in grassroots artistic endeavors.

On the home front, dangerous times ahead on several fronts. Major clashes and rioting are highly likely throughout the country. This will revolve around the continuing brutality of the militarized police, gun confiscation, and 'all' the inalienable rights guaranteed by the Bill of Rights. STAY TUNED.

Remember, the evolution-revolution will not be televised by the bimbo media.

On the food front, once again, as stated before, heirloom seeds, growing them, saving these precious seeds remains crucial for the whole of the human race -- and for all life on Mother Earth. Further, as the GM/GMO monolithic corporations war against natural foods, and attempt to corrupt anything Mother Nature grows, the people take fierce action. Much of this will be by using guerilla tactics.

If you care about saving the bees and other pollinators... On the energy front, as already mentioned, a MASSIVE INFLUX OF COSMIC ENERGIES is striking the human race, the planet, and all LIFE. This is about the powerful expansion of the spirit, of the human soul. This is about awakening to, and fulfilling the bright new possibilities of the Aquarian Age.

On the really bad news front, pandemic level diseases, such as drug-resistant tuberculosis, are being imported across the southern border, en masse. Those infected with these diseases are not being placed in quarantine. Regardless of the seriousness of their infections, they are being sent to cities all over the country.

Thus, it becomes ever more critical to build up your immune system with good food and with high quality supplements. Now is the time to learn as much as possible about how to protect your health, and the health of your loved ones.

This 'fall' of the global mafia will be a messy, extremely chaotic process as humanity gradually takes back control.

This battle for true freedom is not only for the sake of 'the people', and our rightful destiny... it's also about saving Mother Nature from the dark-side psychopaths determined to destroy her with ongoing chemical assaults.

Also, as never before, a spiritual connection with Mother Earth's animals is absolutely crucial. This is because the upcoming battle to remain on the land is also for the right of the animals to run free, to choose their destinies.

For, ALL of us on Earth thrive together in freedom. ALL of us perish beneath the crushing boot of insane despots.

Trendwise, Undreamed of possibilities... the Great Split is Here... between those who sink ever deeper into the morass, the shrinking parameters of the world, and/or those who believe the Machiavellian lies of cabal leaders -- and THOSE who dare to fly on winged hooves toward the real TRUTH of how our world could be, was originally designed to be. That is, toward the paradise renaissance we deserve.

Further, at this time, the high-strange phenomena around us is stimulating the human imagination. This is to bring forth the real power of creativity. For, we must create the world anew. We must open up to previously undreamed of possibilities. The possibilities that have been denied to the human race by the evil machinations of the hidden-behind-the-curtain Viper elite.

Now is the time. Now is the time to soar.

"You won't say that after I kiss you. Bathroom, let's check it out."

"Picture my knee plowing into your male jewels." Kalypso pictured it with great satisfaction as they moved toward the bathroom door.

"You've got the most exquisite lush ass. Doggie lust at least once a week."

Kalypso whirled, feeling her face ignite to red. Her rage barely suppressed, she demanded, "What woman has ever responded to that degrading approach? Never mind!" She whirled back toward the bathroom, and forced her fists to unclench. "Obviously they have or you wouldn't be using it on me."

"You're the first. Believe it or not. What's that overwhelming smell?"

I started another blog but didn’t finish it. Then it hit me: I don’t have to. We’ve got a three-day weekend coming up. Why strain myself?

So here’s the deal: I’m going to start a number of blogs, and you can fill in the endings yourself. That’ll take the pressure off me until next week. Happy writing!

Can anybody figure out just what got “reformed” under Obamacare? As far as I can tell, medical costs are still outrageous, insurance premiums suck, and malpractice, mistakes and abuse of the system still run rampant. The only thing that changed is that now the taxpayer has to foot the bill. Buy health insurance or pay a fine, aka a tax. That’s not health care reform. That’s passing the buck.

Here’s how you fix health care costs: eliminate insurance, put caps on the prices of medical procedures, and let everybody pay out of pocket. No more middleman driving up the costs. Or else _________. (When you’re done with this one, mail it to your Congressman. Who knows, maybe we can get some actual health care reform out of this.)

Here’s another way to cut government costs. Our elected reps are there to serve us, the people, right? That implies they care more about the country than their own personal gain. So here’s what we do: pay all Congresspeople minimum wage. Let ‘em share offices. They can bunk at the YMCA. Let ‘em work in a cube farm like the people whose taxes support them. That ought’a separate the true public servants from the leeching opportunists. We can start by _______________. (Please do not include “dropping a bomb on the Rotunda” as one of your responses.)

It’s been about five years since I switched over to romance writing, and I’m still not able to make a living at it. I couldn’t make a living at science fiction/fantasy, either. I’ve concluded part of the problem is my lack of prolificity. I just don’t write that fast. You don’t necessarily have to be good to make it as a writer. You just have to get it out there, on a far more regular basis than a book or two a year. Especially if you’re in e-publishing and not getting even minimal advances. If I could just speed up, I’ll bet I could eke out a comfortable living at this.

Here are some tricks to increase your writing speed: ____________________ (No, I don’t know any, or I’d be using them. In fact, don’t even bother finishing this blog for me. Just send the tips to me directly. I’ll be ever so grateful.)

Clarence hated George. Not only was he rich and handsome, he’d gotten the job Clarence wanted and stolen the girl of his dreams. Clarence was pretty sure George secretly kicked puppies and swindled widows out of their life’s savings, but had never actually caught him at it. Something had to be done about George, and Clarence knew just the thing. This coming Sunday he would ____________________. (I expect to find this one shelved under “Murder Mysteries” a year or so from now. Or in six months, from one of you faster writers.)

The Right to Freedom and Dignity for ALL... the double standard revealed.

This week, the Divine blazes the cosmic spotlight on those in the public eye... those foul ones on the world stage... who grandstand and profess to believe in these 'wholly' rights. For, their time is coming to an end.

On the magickal, mystical front, this week the 'Mages of Ages Lost' whip and slice their mighty lightblades destorying one Viper-magician deception after another. In part, this will appear as more murky-brutal chaos on the world scene.

Yet, out of this is REVEALED the endgame of the black-hearted ones -- those who are behind the scenes running the show called the world. For now, their masks are being ripped away ever more swiftly.

Also, from this point forward, Divine Light will glare like an exploding sun on the movement called transhumanism -- which is the planned slaughter of the human soul.

On the personal front, this week begins a new period that is subtly unlike any humankind has experienced before. This is about the heart center to put it simply.

On a more complex note, compassion... acts of compassion... now rise as never before. Simultaneously, the lack of compassion and a greater brutality also occurs with greater frequency.

Expansion or constriction of the heart, that is Aquarian Age cosmic game for humanity. This powerful dynamic will likely be reflected in ALL of your personal relationships at this time.

It will be wise to be, and to stay, in touch with your compassionate side, as well as paying close attention to others around you. For, you must discern what they are choosing, expansion or constriction.

On the paranormal front, BIGFOOT rules, and the rise of Mars Awareness continues. Meanwhile, UFOs crowd the skies, and the alien agenda is sold by the Media Industrial Complex. That is, from a past forecast: "The message: the alien gods are here. Bow down, people of Earth."

Also, the Sun, the Great Lion Star, is altering the solar system. The cosmic time is here. Prepare for massive changes on the planet down the road."

Further, earthquakes will shake, rattle, and roll the planet bigger and badder than before. Many of these quakes will be deeper than ever recorded.

On the AWAKENING front, the initiation begins. That is, the GOLDEN AWARENESS or the higher activation of humankind leaps to another level. This will appear as a greater wisdom, as knowledge that is unlearned yet KNOWN.

As well, this week is about a state of joy which transcends what is often called happiness. This joy of the spirit is from Mother Nature herself, and can only be experienced in a natural setting -- as in enjoying the flowers and trees, and any of the wild critters who enter your soul's space. On the economic front, as amazing innovation on a small scale ramps up, meanwhile the national and global economy continues its overall down slide into a hellish, bottomless pit -- all by Machiavellian design of the Shadow Viper elite, and their bankster gangster minions.

Given any established government can print their own fiat currency, then provide loans to the people, thus building a flourishing economy -- on the face of it, not doing so, is an inhumane crime of gigantic proportions.

Therefore, it becomes imperative to create/build your own local economy. Fair trade and barter are the needed foundations for a high level of prosperity.

At this time, extreme creativity, and a community of like-minded people, are the 'watchwords' for overcoming this enslaving economic war against the people -- especially as the global cashless system is forced upon us via convenience and "isn't this trendy cool?".

Thus, massive smokescreens of misinformation are being loosed moment by moment upon the public, using the internet's spider-web reach.

To sort out the wheat from the chaff, when it comes to the all-out information war, look to your inner power of discernment. If anything smells 'fishy' find out as much as you can before deciding on the possible 'truth' of a matter. For, this is critical at this point in history/herstory.

On the war front, behind the dark-sider scene: the weather wars, the earthquake wars -- ongoing for decades -- now explodes, as the various Viper-elite factions pummel each other's territories. However, some of this gods-of-old warfare will be shut down by the BENEVOLENT forces.

Meanwhile, the war fronts in Africa will be increased. Also, this foreign invasion become fiercer, and even more heinously inhumane.

Also, the bloody cauldron of war, and the slaughter of the innocent, that is currently the Middle East, will spill over into a battle situation that is wholly unexpected by the dark-side global elite. This means, these super psycho predators will scramble, and seek ways to get back to their take-over-the-world endgame. However, they will fail.

Further, activism against war continues to firestorm across the whole planet. NO MORE WAR becomes the mantra for greater numbers of the people as the year progresses toward its climactic endpoint.

On the tyranny-at-work front, now begins the big brother-agendized war on home churches, or on those who simply worship with others inside their homes. Already in various cities/towns there are codes, rules, regulations, etc. against congregating for the purpose of religious study and worship. And/or holding meetings for any reason at all.

Down the road, this massive, jackboot oppression will only spark an enormous spiritual revolutionary movement. Thus, the Divine powers within us ALL will be realized and released by many more of us.

On the communication front, an odd duck week ahead on the personal level. Be prepared for some miscommunications. Clear them up as soon as possible, and endeavor to make yourself crystal clear -- especially when dealing with business situations.

Also, several communication breakdowns are likely in the cyber, edevice realm.  How precisely this will play out is not clear at this point -- whether virus, a sun flare CME, a cyber attack, or another type of tech glitch. Be prepared.

On the home front, the southern, border war crisis escalates beyond all measure during the coming weeks. While the soul-corrupt politicos hide behind impoverished children and unconscionably use them to stay in power, many of the people gather and stand tall, saying NO MORE.

This STAND at the border rapidly increases in momentum. For, the people have become 'the prey' in their own land.

On the food front, big doings this week, and into the summer months. For, the battle is here to keep and continue organic farming.

On the global mafia cabal front, at some levels, the 'dark-side powers that be' are tearing themselves apart. They believe this is necessary to be kings-queens of the world. However, their delusion born out of the black souls will ultimately benefit humankind.

She'd expected the usual tight-ass wimp, with grim lips and eyes that were mirrors, reflecting nothing but the orders he’d been given. No, this man burned with sheer vitality. His gaze assessed, a damn force of nature. She'd bet if she struck a match and tossed it toward his eyes, they would sizzle like her birthday candles, then explode at his will. Yep, he was definitely a whole load of nano dynamite, unlit.

"Agent Zryphus Dolen Vasquoz," he answered. "Give me your evidence retrieval. I'll take over from here."

Audible gasps burst from Anna and Dr. Victoria at the man's patriarchal and patronizing tone.

"No, you won't, Agent Vasquoz. You're here at my invitation. Only. You follow my rules or you don't get to play 'Find the Hair Spray Killer'. Do you understand?"

"Wowzi Powzie," Deputy Anna whispered, watching her vid screen light up with the sparks flying between the Sheriff and the outsider Agent.

"It's a Federal Union case, Sheriff. I have priority investigation." The Agent's gravelly deep voice filled the entire room.
